It is tough to say unless you got all options except CD.  Did you get:

Quattro,Sunroof, leather, Bose, Sport wheel, ski sack, phone, heated
seats, remote locking, pearlescent paint?????

The A4 has about $3300 profit built into the MSRP.  I would say a good
deal is below $2000 above MSRP.  Getting into the great deal category at
$1000 above MSRP.
