THe old P600 had tendency of drifting to one side in the rain/water due
to its tread design. Otherwise, its a decent tire (oh, I don't think it
goes on the snow well).
The P6000 doesn't have the eccentric design of the P600 so I imagine it
would do okay. Personally, I wouldn't consider any Pirellis under P6000.

Depend on how much of spritied driving you're going to do, you might want
to check your wheel width... The 205/60 would be little bit smaller in
diametre than 195/65, whereas 215/60 is little bit bigger -- the
difference negligible (when you wear down a tire from new, you're losing
about .5 to 1 inch anyway) for the distance equipment on the car.
By the way, do something about your spacing. Right now you're trying to
type a long sentence without any pause and the line gets longer and
longer until someone gets their eyes bug out then you'll be in trouble
big time oh yeah...
