5kS Power Window Problems

I just bought an 85 5kS with 39,000 miles.  The car is in great shape except
that the rear power windows do not work.  My guess is the rear windows were
hardly if ever used.  I had to pry open and lubricate the sunroof to get that
working.

I can"t tell if the motor or winding mechanism have failed or are just stick
from lack of use.  There doesn't seem to be any way to move the window u and
down.

So far I've switched the front and rear door switches and rapped on the motor a
few times to try and free up the unit.  The pullys under the cable mechanism are
pretty stuck also.

Is there any way to manually lower the window so that the entire mechanism can
be lubricated?

I tried to separate the motor from the winder but the shaft of the motor
wouldn't pull loose from the mechanism.

It also appears that I'm getting power to the rear switch.

I've run out of ideas.  Any suggestions??
