Some years ago, Saab donated, or made a sweet deal, to get a few cars in
police use.  Aspen was one of their target cities because the idea was to get
some unusual exposure for their cars in front of the right sodio-economic
audience.

That was then.  This is now.  Does anybody know if Aspen is actually using
these things at their own expense? (which could be considerable, given the
unreliability record of the new 900 models).
