I have a '90 Coupe Quattro, and am also thinking of spiffing it up. What
effect would a combo of lower springs and wider tires have, ie. how low and
how wide can you go?

I'm considering upgrading bushings as well as springs and shocks. Any idea
for sources? I spoke with the guys at Anderson Brothers in MN (612.937.8639,
ask for Keith) yesterday, and they may have a rear swaybar for the Coupe
Quattro.

Mine does the same thing, particularly in snow, but mostly at low speeds.
Driving schools this summer (in my dreams...) will fill out the experience
envelope.

What spiff I am considering is upgrading the brakes. Someone on the list
mentioned Brembo drilled rotors for around $170 a pair, but I can't find it
again. Hoppen Motorsports (813.924.6380, ask for Mike) professes to have
Pagid pads (see earlier thread about Slagmaster vs Pagid). Any idea for SS
lines?
