rough idle

Over the last couple of weeks my GT coupe has developed an intermittent rough
idle.  Sometimes it does it when the engines cold sometimes warm,  but its
always in the morning never in the afternoon or night (yet?).  I just changed
over to Mobil1 15W50 last week and had the injectors cleaned last month.  The
problem seems to have started when I began driving my little sister to school
(2 mile/30 minute roundtrip in bumper to bumper traffic)  Could this have any
affect on the idle?
