It's *not* a malfunction! You are *supposed* to get fresh, cool outside air from the center vent 100% of the time (except when the A/C is on and then it is recirculated). (4K) This is to reduce driver fatigue. You can get nice warm air on your feet and legs while getting fresh, cool outside air on your face, *if* you want it. Just close that center vent, it's working the way it was desiged. -glen
