Re[2]: Engine fan

     I have to move to Maine??  Wouldn't a new sensor be cheaper?  Actually 
     that explains a lot.  Everytime I wash the engine bay, drive though 
     snow, slush and puddles, the fan stays on.  It must be getting wet and 
     shorting the relay.  Thanks.

Bottom of radiator. Pull relay and wait till spring. That is what I am doing. 
Maine is cool enough not to worry.
