87 Coupe questions

Hi Mike, I had a 1997 Coupe GT, the one with the 2.3L engine and a
"Limited Edition" package whick included a full leather interior and
digital dash instrumentation.  Man, I loved that car.  I had a small
problem with the engine reving up and down between 1000 and 2000
rpm when idling (!) but that was fixed.  Other than that, I drove that car
problem-free up until last year with over 225,000 km. I'd still be driving
it if someone hadn't rammed into me at 70km/hr while I was stopped
at a light.  Other people I've talked to about the coupes have had
pleasant experiences with them.  I dare say, I've spent more money
in the last year on my 1990 Coupe Q20V than I have the whole time
I had the 1987 Coupe!!!
