I've got a technical schematic of the thing, along with an SAE paper 
explaining how it works and what causes the inherent torque bias.  I 
don't know about copying the schematic, but I'd be happy to send you or 
anyone else interested a copy.  All I need is a snail mail address.  

If you're trying to change the torque bias, I think you're out of luck.  
>From what I understand, that is built in to a particular unit because of 
the friction between the gears.  At least that's what the paper says.  
You can get Torsions with different biases though.
