1993 90CS Questions

Hello All,

	I am looking at buying a 1993 90CS.  I have a few questions.

First, are there any particular problems that occur with these cars?

Second, what is a good price for these cars, the book value in these
parts(minneapolis) is much higher than the marker value right now.
What should I expect to pay for a 90CS with about 35,000 miles on it?

Third, what are a good set of tires for the car.  All the cars I have
looked at have worn tires, they are the stock Eagle GA's.  They don't 
seem to wear very well.  Any ideas on what should replace them.  I am 
looking for a more sporty tire, but not totaly unappropriate for winter.
