Re: Your New Audi



I'm not certain that this is the case nationally, but a dealer in WV is 
required *by law* to disclose any and all damage which may have happened to 
a new vehicle even though it may been repaired invisibly.  The vehicle is 
still regarded as new but the purchaser need not accept the "new" vehicle 
if he/she is not satisfied.  Although not specified by the law, this 
certainly opens up the possibility of reopening negotiations with the dealer.

If the dealer, in your state, *is* required to disclose this information 
and didn't, you are in a pretty strong negotiation position.
