Well, after looking and thinking, I've decided to mount them above the
bumper.  As far as the radiator blockage goes, I think we're talking <20%.
For the intercooler, even less.  In town it won't matter much - the fan
pulls air through (and with climate in auto, it runs in low constantly
anyway). On the highway, flow will still be adequate.

Since I'm using the single bolt method, when they go away I'll just put a
carriage bolt in and paint it flat black.
