I have the same problem but my fuse was blown.  I replaced it and within 
a week the lights were out again.  I haven't gotten back under to check 
the fuse again, but i'm assuming there must be some sort of short circuit 
somewhere.  Also, i don't know if it is related but warning bells 
(seatbelt, door ajar, etc) don't work in very cold temperatures but as 
car warms up they will work fine.  If you can help i'd appreciate it.
