Oh yeah.. me too! I just didnt want to tell everyone about that one..! 
:)   Pull out plug one (closest to grill) put it at TDC, pull off 
distributor cap, make sure it is firing cyl one. Now you know you are at 
TDC @ 1 on the power stroke. (sounds kinky)  Now line up the dot on the 
inside of the cam gear with the gasket...you should be timed correctly now.
