It's the time it takes the motor to demand air more than actual spin glen....
Advancing initially would be a good way......

That Freq valve can be programmed to perform DC anywhere in the rev\boost
range..... Hmmmmm, cool

Prolly a good idea.... The addition of the 86-89.5 closed throttle bypass
solenoid might reduce the HC prollum on slam shut...... Again, tho, I'm not
sure the drivability of the valve fed to atmosphere would be good.... I
tried it on mine, and found that the transit response basically sucked....
An electro-mechanical might be less of a prollum.....
