TUV?
Ok kiddies, I have a German car related, although not a directly Audi
related question.
What the Hell is "TUV" certified? I am guessing that:
A. It's sorta like a German "UL listed"
B. The guy who came up with the tests in Thomas Underwear Vogelstad
