me!! I had the yellow adjustable models. Fronts were externally
adjustable from the top and the rears were adjustable as you put
them in. You _could_ remove the rears to make adjustments if
you were a masochist.

Adjustability (and lack thereof)... Set them stiff because they will
soften with use..

I parted with mine when I parted with my beloved 4kq.
