The big deal is, the guy who my original post was directed toward is 
looking to upgrade the engine in his car, at a price point.  His primary 
choice is a 2.3l, with some mods.  I was recomending this because you can 
get decent, USABLE power (without having to resort to gunning your engine 
at every stoplight), plus its cheeper, and more reliable.
