What to do!

The wrath of the Audi deity has finally struck me! After 73k trouble free 
miles my 93 100S needs some major work done.
I took the car to the dealer due to some noise in the engine...improper 
timing belt tension...readjusted free of charge :)
BUT...the bad news...my oil pump has started to go and is starting to 
drip. And both of my catalytic converter is shot.
Total cost including labor....$3200...

Is that reasonable? Should I trade it in? If I do how much do you think I 
could get for it? It runs very smoothly and I just replaced all the tires 
and everything.
