Diversity antennas...

Since I ended up staying home sick today (sniff, sniff), I flipped through
the pages of some car stereo buyers guides I have lying around.  Only Sony
appears to be offering models with diversity tuning and the cheapest lists
for $670 with the most expensive topping $1,300+.  There may be others but
only Sony used the words "diversity tuning" in their product descriptions.

I'll post a note to car stereo usenet group and see what turns up over the
next few days.  BTW, I seem to remember that my mother's '83 Nissan Sentra
econ-car came with diversity tuning ... the sound quality sucked but I was
able to clearly receive FM stations from Tucson over 140 miles away!
