Re[2]: Driving lights on 4KQ
John, the lights came from part werks of chicago (porsche only
salvage) they advertise in EC. If I remember right, the lights were
about 100bucks with the bulbs and harness and all.
It's kinda a tight squeeze, but if you're patient it'll look great.
The turn signals are pretty easy, just go to the local auto parts
store and pick your choice of bulb and snap in harness.
I know this is more info than you asked for, but let me know if you
need anything else.
Todd.

Hey, that's a cool idea. Where did you get the lights and how much
did they cost, if ya don't mind me asking?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, that's not a fake lamphouse--its simply a reflector and right
behind it is the bumper mounting strut--i.e. there's no room there to mount
a light. However, you could dump the turn signals (rewire the corner
markers) and put a small driving light in where the turn signals used to
be...never did on mine, but was awful tempted.
