First off, to have gotten on this list in the first place, you had to have
subscribed.  We don't just go around auto-subscribing people for the pure joy
of getting lovely folks such as yourself on this list.  Therefore, when _you_
subscribed (which you did) Mr. Simoes sent you a set of instructions on how to
use this list.  Included in this list of instructions was, believe it or not, a
set of instructions on how to get yourself off of this list without pissing off
the rest of us.  Obviuosly you can't read.  Let me help you out with an excerpt
