I'm afraid that the miscreants that do this in the first place have a 
rather weird combination of neurons that allow them to be devious enough 
to bypass such filters, but not intelligent and responsible enough to 
read the introductory instructions in the first place.  We'll still get 
mesages such as my Subject header....  I'll put $ on it.
