Is this true just for the turbos? My 20V atmo has squat low end grunt, 
where my old 2V 4kQ had plenty.

Actually now that I think about it, our S4 doesnt have the OFFBOOST low 
end of my TQC. Although max boost comes in earlier on the S4....
