Not an ADVERTISMENT as we are not an Audi dealer....this is a PUBLIC INTEREST
answer/posting.......Take your vehicle to Audi dealer.  The recall for
changeover to synthetic diff lube covers all rear cooler A/T Audis and if the
slippage that you are experiencing is the result of intermixing of diff oil
and ATF, they may be able to get Audi to buy the repair!  We have had two
customers receive full replacement transaxle--diff and A/T sections on 88
Model year 80 and 90 models, parts and labor in last couple of months!
