Dear Members,
As the organizer of the SoCal Chaper of Quattro Club USA, I am
happy to be able to announce the first meeting of the local chapter of
the QCUSA. Our speaker will be Craig Durfey, Audi's Chief Designer,
from VW / Audi Design Center in Simi Valley. In addition to an
informal presentation by Craig, the meeting will include some business
related to getting this chapter started, time to socialize, and
brainstorming on our future. I hope to find out from you what types
of events are of greatest interest, such as; track days, social events,
technical presentations, or attending events such as Rim of the World
Rally, which is coming up soon. I know from phone calls that there
is a strong interest in this area. If you are planning on attending,
or can't but want to know more, please contact me before the meeting.
It will be at the residence of Merkel Weiss in Sun Valley, on Tuesday,
April 2nd, 1996. Please bring something to snack on or to grill. Refreshments will be provided. Instruction for getting to the location are
below. Looking forward to meeting you!
