Personalized plates

Today, I was informed that my request for personalized plates was 
accepted for the V8.  It is kind of interesting that an earlier post 
today mentioned a V8 with a personalized plate.  Anyway, the recent 
thread about possible plate ideas for a 4kq made me think of some 
possibilities, and the winner is "DTM V8."  I thought that a tribute 
to the Audi V8 DTM cars of 1990 and 91 would be appropriate and the 
Dept. af Motor Vehicles in Illinois, the car is licenced through my 
office, approved it.  In 4-6 weeks the V8 will sport its new plates.
