Scott Lampkin is a member of QCUSA, as a matter of fact he was one of the 
coordinators for last year's failed attempt a Thunderhill.  Scott is a great 
guy ... I know if I had his car I wouldn't let anyone else drive it!  I 
think he uses the nitrous at drag events primarily.  He did have the car at 
the Nevada City hillclimb last year, and I'd expect him to be there again 
this year.  Scott is aware of the quattro list, but I can't tell you why he 
hasn't joined.  Being a stereo rep he's pretty busy and on the road a lot.  
I understand that he is now the west coast rep for Lehmann's stuff.
