Two-piece Exhaust Man., etc.

    I removed the intake/exhaust manifold, and head on my 5000cstq today to
check for a leaky manifold. As I suspected, the exhaust manifold was cracked and
leaking near the no. 4 cylinder. It also appeared to be leaking around the no. 1
gasket. I intend to replace it with the two-piece manifold. Am I correct that
this was used on '89 and later 10v turbos? Where is the best place to find this
used and how much do they go for? Any thoughts on any alternatives (headers) ?
   I also took the chance to examine the head. The rearmost bearing on the
camshaft was very grooved. All others were fine. What would be a good course of
action to take on this and should I lap the valves or replace the stem seals
while I have it out? Keep in mind that I don't have a ton of money to spend
right now, but I plan a complete rebuild of the engine in 6-12 months. By the
way the car has 150,000 miles. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
