TQC wastegate diaphragm prices

We'll I received the TQC wastegate diaphragm prices.  TurboBoosts grammar is
interesting but I think I understand it.  Per TurboBoost:

	The prices for the diaphragms are:

	Price per pair 100 pounds @
	Price per pair for 50 off 75 pounds @

	The shipping costs from England are 30.55 pounds for courier service, next
day, or 5 day 	delivery service is 16.50 pounds.

What I don't understand is this "per pair" stuff.  Don't our cars just have
one wastegate diaphragm?  If we need only one each and their 100 pounds or
$150 for a pair (2), then this is an excellent deal at $75 US each !

Can anyone of the British persuasion translate or confirm this?  Their phone

Once this is sorted out, I'll spearhead the import and distribution effort.
