<5KCSTQ> Adjustable cam sprocket

Someone mentioned a while back that a 4cyl VW cam sprocket was the same as
the Audi I5. If true, which model VW aftermarket adjustable sprocket would
work? As a tweaker, I want to play around advancing the cam, finer control
than 'just a tooth' - unless PDQSHIP or Eric have done this already and
everyone but me knows that 'just a tooth' is perfect!
