GIF File info needed

ATTN: Audi Computer Tech Wiz's

I was driving to work today in my Audi (manditory Audi content)and was
wondering if  anyone is aware of a way to include the ability to output to a
GIF file directly from a Windows 3.1 (or Win-95) application? Perhaps a
third party piece of software that your would define as a printer and then
direct the output to this printer which would then create a file with a user
specified name?  I have a need to output graphics files from our software to
GIF files for publishing on internet sites and company internal intranets.
