V8 Surging/hesitation

Well, I finally got around to having the Ox sensor I bought about 
two months ago installed of the V8.  And, as several had said, the 
surging during light to moderate acceleration  has disappeared.  It 
seems that the beast is accelerating a bit more briskly due to this.  
But there is still a slight hesitation just above idle unless I 
stomp the gas off of the line.  Just had the 90K service done, so I 
am at a loss for the cause for this.  Any ideas?
