RE: 1992 Audi 100S - System Check Display
Re:wiper blades, the shaft is both tapered and mildly splined. Remove the
nut, don't lose the washer, then tap the hub of the wiper arm with the
plastic handle of a screwdriver. It should pop off due to the loading from
the spring that applies pressure on the windshield. HTH.
