I suppose it depends on where you go. If you're going to the big city,
see if you can get a Hummer. You wouldn't have no parking problems -- no
siree!. If you're going to the mountain ranges, Audi S6 Avant would be
nice with all these unpredictable weathers and all. If you're going to
Montana, then you should try to go for those cars that have no stinking
speed limiters.
Almost all of 'Merican domestic cars are "popular rental cars" -- or
that's the way I see'em.
Make sure whatever the transportation you rent, that it has decent number
of cup holders. When you checked that there ARE 12 cup holders available,
deploy all of them in "in use" position -- and have your family say
"wooo" before climbing in.
Oh, yeah -- don't forget the Surburbans -- they are king of cup holders.
A true big boat (for that matter, it's bigger than some of the boats I've
seen).
Have fun on the trip. If you decide to go Audi, try not to get stuck with
the Audi dealer in OMaha or you'll be cussing like PDQSHIP Scott.
