Gas Pedal.....

Hi Jeff,

Get a price from a dealer.... if it's ludicrous and you don't mind spending
a little time it can be fixed.

I ended up drilling 2 small holes in either side of the pedal where it would
be pivoting, then putting in 2 small screws right into the plastic base that is
left on the gas pedal rod when the base breaks off.

If you need more instruction let me know :-)

Subject: S4 gas pedal

The gas pedal on my 92 S4 is kaput -- the plastic spring-loaded flap has broken
off at the hinges, I think. Is there anything to do but buy a new one?
