I had a set of 15" P7s on my TQC (came with the car).  I went with a plus
one size wheel and tire and my ride improved!  I thought for sure going from
a 50 series to a 45 series tire would make all the rattles louder and the
bumps harder, but it did not.  The ride in my TQC is much smoother now!  I
will never buy Pirellis.
