Body shops in Bay area

My beloved urQ was nailed by a Saturn today.  I tried but couldn't quite
get out of his way, and he hit me hard enough to spin the car about 45 deg
before it stopped.  The only visible damage is a moderate dent in the rear
fender above the wheel, though the car spat coolant all over the ground???
This raises 2 questions.

What recommendations do listers in this area have for body shops?  I don't
just want the car to look nice, I want it properly checked and repaired
internally, relatively free of bondo AND looking nice.  The car is black,
and the paint is in very nice condition but it is 13 years old.  Can this
be matched, or do I have to fight for a repaint?

The other question is what mechanical things need to be checked?  I figure
the rear wheel for straightness, and the drive shaft and joints on that
side for any problems, as well as a four wheel alignment.  I don't see
visible damage to the wheel, but the Saturn's front end is fairly soft.
