Good mechanic in CT for my Audi

Does anyone in the Connecticut area (specifically: New Haven) have any 
recommendations for a good Audi mechanic?  Also, people to stay away 
from?  I'm thinking of getting a few things checked out by a "real" 
mechanic, and I don't think I want to go to the dealer in Wallingford 
after everything that I have heard about Audi dealers (true?).
