i use mother's carnauba liquid wax (not sure of the exact name - red bottle)    
it goes on and comes off just about as easily as any other liquid wax.          
use a good heavy duty cleaner before your first wax job.                        
it's almost like waxing the car twice, but the results are worth it.            
i have tried the mother's cleaner.  someone on the list recently                
recommended zymol HD cleaner but i haven't been able to find it yet.
