	That's the wastegate, and no hose is supposed to be connected
	to it.  I have this on the authority of a professional
	Audi mechanic.  Presumably this could be used (by someone with
	the stomach and the knowhow for it) as an additional boost
	control.

	I'm quite a gearhead, and I still wasn't sure about this one when
	I bought my '91 200TQ -- so you have company!
