Yes, this is a problem.

My engine guy says:
10V NA: non-interference
10V turbo: interference
20V NA: interference
20V turbo: didn't say (assume interference)
My regular mechanic agrees (he wants me to change Angela's 20V
timing belt, since we have 72K, but he ignores my 10V belt at 121K).
