Wheels and tires

All this talk of wheels and tires prompts two questions.
(vehicle is '86 5KCSTQ)

1) Wheels
What do I have?
Markings on the wheels read
7J x 15 H2 <---7 and 15 is obvious, J and H2 ?
ET45 <---45mm offset, but ET ?
FCO <---???
857601025 <---???

Five spoke alloys with exposed lug bolts (little plastic caps on
each bolt)
They are the originals.

Are these the much fabled fuchs??

2)Tires
What SHOULD I have?
I assume from previous posts and from observation that there is
no room for a wider tire than the 205/60R15 on this vehicle/wheel
combination, which is fine with me as long as I can get a good
tire in that size. Most performance tires I have seen in ads start
at 55 ratio and go down. I have alternative wheels/tires for the
winter months, so I don't need all season tread, but good rain
grip is essential.
I was planning on Dunlops. Either sp8000's or D40's
Tread wear rate is not a major issue as my summer mileage is low
(alternative transport in use), so fun is higher on my list.

Comments??
