Torsen stuff/hydroplaning

Agreed.  But I'd go further.  Hydroplaning means the car basically
rides up on water.  This is totally unrelated to torque split.
And, furthermore, when you really hydroplane, no amount of
fancy torque splitting will give you traction until the car
re-creates contact with the road.  I don;t feel that the
torsen setup has ANYTHING at all to do with hydroplaning.

I did, however, feel that my lockable center diff 4000q
had better traction in snow _when locked_ than my torsen
equipped 90q20v does now.
