bzzzttt... I'll just give you a little one there Bob. ATV is a totally
different thing.... Transmiting in the 900MHZ band. As it stand's in the
US NO transmissions in the X, K, and KA bands are legal unless so
licensed by the FCC.... ATV also requires a Class One License.
