Not entirely true, not all liquids burn. Its pretty tough to burn water.
(you have to break it down to its components first...) Ive had antifreeze
lines blow up onto a hot header (red) and it doesnt burn. Antifreeze
itself is not flammable. Your windshield washer fluid has a better chance
of burning since some are alcohol based.
