Glen,
I have heard my Injector coolers run boith with the engine on and off.
What do the time trials you mention consist of?

'Time Trials' are bsically open track time for practice, testing, etc. Instructors are available at no additional cost (~$60/day).

 Thirdly, on the water
cooled turbo, where does the water flow, and where does the oil flow, did
the H2O units add an additional water jacket?

Yep, added a water jacket to the center section. Water goes in the top next to the oil inlet, from the water neck on the head via a metal tube that runs behind the cam belt cover, and out the bottom of the turbo next to the oil outlet, and back into the engine through the center freezeplug via a special nipple on the plug. Oil flow is the same as the oil-cooled turbos, but the oil hoses are smaller where they attach to the turbo to make room for the water hose fttings. Not a terribly difficult conversion.
