Ur q for $4500, Will it be mine?

Thanks for all the advice on Ur q's. Here's the scoop on my findings:

1983 Ur q, 140k miles
Exterior: Red - was gold, paint OK not great. No rust, some big paint chips,
otherwise fairly straight.

Suspension: Factory 7" AND later factory 8" wheels included, 8's are on the
car. Forgot to look at tires, oops. Eibach springs, Koni shocks - all
original parts (springs, etc.) included. Rode smooth and very stiff.
 Everything seems tight.

Engine: 86 MC from 5kt, adjustable cam sprocket, original w/ spun bearing
included. Shrick cam in original motor, original cam in the box. Bursch
exhaust, cat bypass tube included. Large box of parts including 5kt ex.
manifold (not cracked), intake, WG, misc. extras. Boost OK, but didn't seem
quite as quick as my 5ktq, but I didn't flog it.

Transmission: All gears worked, no noise or vibrations, clutch felt good,
difs. locked when asked to.

Interior: Brown leather - good shape, Abt "piggyback" panel w/ oil press.,
boost and temp gages. Some cracks in dash. Later 4kq dif lock panel
(original included), A/C works.

Problems: Supply line to hyd. pump leaking, rear dif. output flange seal
leaking, lambda circuit inoperative. Noisy lifters. Computer has Abt mod,
someone else has also played with it. Cold starting problem - probably due
to FI problem mentioned above. Paint needs some work. Oil press. sender bad.
Windshield cracked. Door glass very slow. It was getting dark, I may have
missed something.

The owner is holding the car for me until he gets back in about two weeks,
if I can sell my 5ktq in that time for some fair price, its mine. If not,
its all up for grabs again.

Thanks to all who helped!
