Eliot,

I rarely disagree with you,  but unless your V8 has extremely low ACTUAL
mileage, you would be hard pressed to get close to $16k or $17k for it in
our region.  The automatic V8s (most automatics as well) will continue to
depreciate long after the 20v turbos have leveled off.  The only people who
appreciate these cars are Audi enthusiasts; this is a very small niche
market.  The niche is divided further by the "power hungry" few out there.
Until reasonable high pro parts are made available for the V8, I think even
the enthusiasts will pass given the other Audi options in that range.

I wish it wasn't true, but unfortunately...
